LBC Express delivers from Monday to Saturday, between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
Yes. LBC Express branches are open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekends and 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on weekdays. Operating hours may vary by branch.
Our cut-off time is 3:00 PM. Packages received after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
Selected LBC Express services are available during holidays through designated operating branches and skeletal workforce. Service availability may vary depending on the location and holiday schedule.
Gadgets such as cellphones, tablets, and similar electronic devices may be shipped through selected freight services, subject to LBC’s shipping guidelines. Documents such as passports, birth certificates, and marriage certificates may also be accepted, subject to applicable requirements.

For air freight, the estimated delivery time is 7–10 days, while sea freight has an estimated delivery time of 40–60 days. You can also check your shipment status through the LBC online tracking page and share the tracking number with your recipient.

Document delivery rates vary depending on the pouch size. Sea freight charges are computed per cubic meter (CBM), while air freight charges are computed per kilogram (kg). International air freight rates may differ from domestic rates. Yes. For eligible domestic air cargo shipments, you may choose Branch Pick-Up for an additional ₱50, on top of the applicable service fee. Pick-up schedules are subject to branch availability and service guidelines.
