Your recipient has 30 days to claim the money you sent. After that, an administrative fee of Php 50.00 or two (2%) percent of the amount, whichever is higher, will be deducted every month.
To claim money from an LBC branch, you’ll need to fill out an Encashment Form, provide the transaction number, and present a valid ID.
