It is a prepaid, all-in-one health insurance package that provides emergency medical coverage and includes a Generika MedPadala e-Gift Certificate for medicines or medical supplies. This is a collaboration between LBC, iCare HMO, and Generika Drugstore, with digital technology powered by Stere Asia Pacific.

No. The product requires no medical check-ups and no monthly fees; it is a one-time payment.
Coverage starts 10 calendar days after you successfully register the product.
There are two primary plans available:
ER Care Choice 20 (₱550.00):
Covers up to ₱20,000 for emergencies due to accidents, viral/bacterial illnesses, and specific conditions. It is valid for 180 days or until used.
ER Care Fit 50 (₱250.00):
Covers up to ₱50,000 for emergency cases due to accidents only. It is valid for one year (12 months) or until used.
Both plans include outpatient emergency and inpatient care for emergency cases. This covers:
Covered illnesses include Dengue fever, Pneumonia, Typhoid Fever, Acute UTI, COVID-19, Leptospirosis, and Acute Appendicitis.
Coverage includes vehicular accidents, new fractures, burns, new animal bites (including the first dose of vaccines), and accidental chemical poisoning.
