LBC Express charges a handling fee (for dutiable goods) and a valuation fee (PHP 15.00, with an additional PHP 5.00 for values exceeding PHP 500.00) on top of your sea freight shipping fee.
LBC Express prohibits illegal and controlled items from shipping, such as firearms, medicine, and alcoholic beverages to ensure safety and smooth shipping.

If a shipment is held by customs or other agencies, LBC Express may attempt to notify either the recipient or the sender. After this, you must supplement us with the required documentation. LBC Express assumes no responsibility for inability to deliver or delay if you fail to provide the requirements.
If your goods were lost or damaged during shipping, you may be eligible to file a claim. Please check our Standard Terms and Conditions of Contract to verify your eligibility.
All claims must be filed in writing within thirty (30) days from date of transaction, otherwise, the same shall be denied.
