To be a member, you need to sign up for SoShop! by completing the online form. A member of the SoShop! team will then get in touch with you to complete your registration process.
To move up the membership tiers, you need to spend a certain amount on freight transactions. The total amount will depend on your current membership tier. You can learn more about our membership program here.
You can get a membership upgrade after a SoShop! period cut-off. Take note, that membership upgrades can only happen after the next cut-off.

It depends. Elite-Bronze, Elite-Silver, and Elite-Gold members will all enjoy special discounts. Elite-Bronze members will get 3.0% off, Elite-Silver 4.5%, and Elite-Gold member 6% off. The higher the membership level you’re in, the bigger the discount rate you’ll get, so keep sending those parcels and pouches!
